App tries to open, then crashes. Great app when it worked! Use it all the time...hopefully again one day...

IMPORTANT! Simply updating your app to 2.11 will crash on iPhone. Here is how to do it. First download 2.11 update in your iTunes app library. Then erase the app from your iPhone, reinstall a fresh copy from iTunes and then reload all the maps into the app. Tedious, but it works. I have done this and now everything works fine; even the landscape mode is back. Now this great Garmin app is back and running as it should.

U have to erase old garmin app and download it again updated - works great .

You have to uninstall and reinstall the application and it will work. I did that and everything is ok.

Just delete this app, and reload again, all will be fine. I just did it this morning, all is fine now.

Some bad moments

This app was excellent, but after update it doesnt work. When I try to open it fail (crash). Afonso

I liked this app as I can use it where I have no data coverage. However the 2.11 update crashes on launch. The fix is to delete the app and reinstall. However you have to download all your maps again, and worse, all your favourites will be gone. Want to select a different vehicle icon? Only the built-in ones are available; the More vehicle icons button displays all blanks. Tech supports response: "Sorry about that."

Normally I would have given this app a 5 star rating since it has worked great for 4 years but this latest update completely breaks and application will no longer load. Would be great if Garmin support could post here on the progress and eta of a fix. Until then, anyone who hasnt updated definitely should hold off on updating as this latest update completely breaks the app.

Hey Garmin folks. I need this app, hurry and resolve the crash on open problem. Soon isnt fast enough. Thanks!!

Newest update will not run on iPhone 6+ or iPhone 5. Previous update had right-side icons in middle of screen in landscape mode. Harmon needs to fix this ASAP or I will be asking for monetary compensation.
