Maps do not download anymore

Worked great until last update. Now REQUIRED maps do not finish its download. Get almost all the way then hangs. Left all nite and still did not finish. Tried multiple devices I have and multiple wifi spots (not just my own) including 3G. Same response across ALL devices.

Skip this product as you can not use it without the maps. Support no good as it takes you to a pre canned "is it turned on. Make sure its plugged in page." Or visit the forums page for help type of crap. Can not reach any real help.
